So, why did Jason start Klein Concepts? Jason like many others loves a good challenge. Klein Concepts thrives on those projects that people say can't be done. Jason started his career in the 80's working for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co in the Research and Development department. He held positions in the machine design group and also managed Goodyear’s own Skunk Works Division. The Skunk Works lab was where Goodyear developed some of its most highly advanced technical R&D projects. Klein Concepts eventually grew into more than just a hobby and allowed Jason to part with Goodyear late in 2002 to focus on Klein Concepts. Throughout his tenure at Goodyear and Klein Concepts, Jason has had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the manufacturing industry. Today, Jason only chooses the top performers to work for Klein Concepts and for you. It appears that the problem today with most organizations is that only a small percentage of the people are “top performers”. This special and elite group of top performing individuals is what Klein Concepts will bring to you hand picked by Jason. Obviously with the Goodyear background, Klein Concepts has extensive knowledge in the rubber industry. However, since many associates are current or former employees of Goodyear, Jason has to limit the availability of some of his associates due to confidentiality agreements with Goodyear. Goodyear has provided many Klein Concept employees with a great career and lifestyle and our sincere gratitude and thanks goes out to Goodyear still to this day.
